About us

The heart of your braai for more than 40 years

Fire brands for the "just now" braai and the "now now" braai

Just as the term “braai” is unique to South Africa, so too are the expressions “now now” and “just now”. Confusing as they may be to those unfamiliar with the South African lingo, we understand them perfectly. As such, we’ve designed our products for the braai masters who time their braais to perfection.

Tjop en dop

Hanging out with the boys for the rugby? This is the perfect time to for a “tjop en dop” – lamb chops and a few cold ones!

Howzit okes!

A great way to enter into the conversation – “howzit” is  a typical greeting!

Braaibroodjies

Basically a toasted sarmie with cheese, onion and tomato that is grilled on the braai. “You want a braaibroodjie boet?”
